Disable/enable System Integrity Protection

* Restart the computer
* Hold down `Command-R` to reboot into Recovery Mode
* Click `Utilities`
* Select `Terminal`
* Enter `csrutil [ disable | enable ]`
* Restart the computer into Standard Mode
